鞋锤博客国内的许多域名注册商都很会耍赖，国外域名转移是再平常不过的事，国内却是百般刁难。幸好有ICANN这机构的存在，我们还有投诉的地方。
有效的投诉ICANN处理很快，正常15天左右就收到新网的回复邮件，说可以提供转移码了，有可能在邮件直接附上转移码。
总结起来，技巧如下：
1、在投诉邮件中，要写清楚你之前所做的努力和注册商的阻挠。
2、投诉中不要说转移费的问题，ICANN允许收取域名转移费的。
3、跟注册商的每一封邮件都要记得抄送到ICANN。
4、说明自己来自中国。
5、简明、少错别字词。

I am from China.I have bought a domain [www.xiechui.com] from [xxxx.cn] who is the representation of [xinnet.com] in 2010.
In January 2012,I wanted to transfer my domain[www.xiechui.com] to other Domain registrar,for example,godaddy.com.
First,I asked [xxx.cn] for my AUTHCODE,but they required me to send the copy of my government ID,autographed and fill in three forms by post.
I think this relate to my personal privacy,I don`t know they will what to do with the copy of my government ID and autographed. In China,some businessman ear money by saleing personal privacy.It is bad!
So,I ask [xinnet.com] what I can do for this,they said,they can`t do anything.And they incited me to transfer my domain[www.xiechui.com] to their ower System platform,leaving [xxx.cn].Then so, I asked how can I get the AUTHCODE,they Reply as same as [xxx.cn].
It is crazy.
At last,I have to seek help from you.Please help me to get my AUTHCODE of www.xiechui.com.
